Refund Policy

This policy applies to FaceScan: AI Face Analysis Premium subscriptions, provided by AI Face Studio.

Free trial

Premium plans start with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Purchases on our website

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all web orders and handles billing, refunds and customer service inquiries related to payments.

• You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, including the first payment after your free trial and each renewal.
• To request a refund, contact Paddle through the link in your purchase receipt email, or visit paddle.net. You can also email us at sgtim1020@gmail.com and we'll help.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a refund, Premium access ends.

Purchases in the Android app (Google Play)

Subscriptions bought in the Android app are billed by Google Play and follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund through your Google Play account or at Google Play Help. You can also contact us and we'll help where we can.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Web subscriptions can be cancelled from the link in your receipt email; Google Play subscriptions from the Subscriptions page in the Play Store.
